David D’Addario is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dada Holdings, an investment and management company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL that makes control investments and manages companies in various industries. Mr. D’Addario has 35+ years of experience leading industrial businesses.

Mr. D’Addario is also Chairman and Principal of ElementUS Minerals LLC, a venture which will extract valuable rare earth elements and other critical minerals from bauxite residue at Noranda’s alumina refinery in Gramercy, Louisiana.

Additionally, Mr. D’Addario is Chairman and CEO of NICHE European Holdings and its subsidiaries NICHE Fused Alumina and NICHE Fused Magnesia.

Previously, Mr. D’Addario was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New Day Aluminum Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries, including Noranda Alumina and Noranda Bauxite. Prior to New Day, Mr. D’Addario was Chairman and CEO of Wise Metals Group LLC, the world’s third largest producer of aluminum can stock for the beverage and food industries, and its subsidiary, Wise Alloys LLC.

Mr. D'Addario also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of D'Addario Industries, which owns and operates businesses in road construction, petroleum, cell towers, billboards, and waste treatment, among others.

Mr. D’Addario has also held senior positions in various national and international recycling businesses including Neroc, Inc., the predecessor of Tomra of North America, Inc., and Wise Recycling.

Mr. D'Addario holds a B.A. degree from Yale University (1984) and an honorary doctorate from the University of Bridgeport. He serves as a Director at New Day Aluminum Holdings and as a Non-executive Director at Envipco Holding NV and is a dedicated community leader, serving on a variety of institutional and nonprofit boards.
